RETURN POLICY

Xavier Camps would like you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with you Xavier Camps shoes we will gladly allow you to return items as long as they comply with our RETURNS policy. We will gladly accept returns for items that are in new condition, have never been used, and are complete with all its original packaging.

Free Returns are offered within Canada on all shoe purchases. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash. You can request a return by contacting our Customer Service department here , indicating the order number, postal code and email address.

As soon as we receive the item in it’s original; condition we will verify its integrity. If all conditions of our return policy have been met you will be entitled to a full refund. Damaged merchandise or products without packaging will not be refunded and you will responsible for any additional shipping costs for there return. In the case of refunds, once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund.
