EXCHANGE POLICY

Xavier Camps offers free returns for size exchanges on all shoes purchases. If the size you have received does not fit you, you can request a size exchange by contacting our Customer Service department here, indicating the order number, postal code, new size requested and your email address.

Size exchanges must be requested to us within 14 days from the date of delivery (i.e. your return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of your order).

Xavier Camps will facilitate only one free exchange/return per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn't fit you either, the shipping cost for a second exchange will be paid by the customer. A direct exchange can only be facilitated for a different size of the same style, or for another item of the exact value. An exchange is subject to availability of the requested item at the time of processing. We will do our best to ensure your request is satisfied. Should the requested item not be available to fulfill your exchange, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We offer free ground shipping on your exchanged item(s).

Shoes must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any item that do not meet these requirements and to reject any exchange requests if these requirements are not met. Please note that shoes should must be tried on on a carpeted surface and kept in protective dust bags provided until you are certain you are keeping them.

Damaged shoes, or shoes without packaging will not be exchanged and you will be charged the appropriate amount to cover the shipping costs of the return.
