SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all our shoes throughout Canada and the United States.

Shipments quick and secure, making use of some of North America’s highest rated courier companies. Shipments take 3-8 business days for orders in Canada and 5-10 days for orders in the United States.

Once your shoes ship, we will supply you with all the necessary tracking information. You will be able to track your package throughout the entire course of transit. For security reasons, online purchases require a signature upon delivery. Without a signature to properly accept receipt of your items, your package will be returned to sender. We recommend shipping to an office address if you are unsure if somebody will be able to sign at your place of dwelling.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to hotel locations, and/or any establishments deemed by our discretion to be unsafe to both the courier and the package. Xavier Camps is not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays.

All orders placed on a weekday before 4:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day.

Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are subject to review and Xavier Camps reserves the right to request additional identification information and to ship the order to the billing address. When you place an order on our website, your credit card will only be charged once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Order processing times begin as soon as the order is submitted, but may take up to 24-48 business hours should further verification be required. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible at orders@xaviercamps.ca. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, modifications or cancelations of your order are not possible.

Each purchase is insured by us during the transit period. Once an item is signed for, either by you or the gifted recipient, responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. A

signature, upon receipt, is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Xavier Camps.
